ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders placed through the MISA website are subject to confirmation and acceptance. Payment must be made by using an approved credit card through the payment gateway. Invoices are due and payable within the time noted on your invoice, measured from the date of the invoice.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping for all orders in the UAE. In the case of returns/refunds, a return fee is charged to arrange for the return. We shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery that are not directly attributable to our actions. We shall contact you to let you know if it is unable to deliver the products to you within the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order.
RETURNS/REFUND & EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is paramount; However, we facilitate returns and exchanges under specific conditions only. Returns or exchanges are only processed after a meticulous verification of the product's authenticity. To qualify, products must be returned in their original condition, with all components intact. For every processed return/refund, a delivery fee for each delivery made and a processing fee will be charged. Customers are entirely responsible for any damage caused to the product. Ensuring the highest standards and authenticity, we conduct thorough checks during the return and exchange process. If the product in talk for return/refund or exchange does not pass the authenticity and standard procedural check done by us, the product will not be accepted for return/refund or exchange.
