Free of cost.
No international delivery, yet.
Our products are delivered to you directly, without involvement from third-party logistics or courier services. Your order is carefully checked for quality and adherence to ensure that you receive the products as shown on our website. If we identify any issues that may cause delays or cancellations during our pre-delivery quality check, we will promptly inform you via email or telephone.
You will be requested to provide a signature for the product delivered and from that point on product responsibility is passed on to you. If you have specified an alternative recipient for delivery (for gifting purposes or otherwise) you hereby acknowledge and accept that the signature of the designated recipient (at the specified delivery address) shall constitute valid and sufficient evidence of delivery.
Payments
Misa Jewels prioritizes the security of your transactions. We use the trusted services of Stripe for online payments, accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. To enhance security and efficiency, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or Card on Delivery options. Orders are processed only after successful online payment via our secure gateway.
